POLLUTION CONTROL EQUIPMENTS
Pollution Control Equipment (Scrubbers, Absorbers, Towers, Separators, Droplet Separators, Chimney, Blowers or Fans, Stacks, Ductings, etc.) are seamless molded structure of Glass Fibre Reinforced with various grades of resins. (Polyesters, Vinyl esters, Epoxies, Furanes, Phenolics). The pollution control equipments can also be supplied with Thermoplastic liners (PP, PP-H, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP and PFA). The pollution control equipments can be manufactured by contact molding and filament winding in compliance with international desin standard BS 4994, ASME RTP I, ASME section X, ASTM D, AS 2634 section 5 and NBS PS 15-69.
These are designed to meet global pollution control norms. They are also manufactured in materials conducive to the service conditions, within the wide range of thermoset and termoplastic lining materials.
GRP (FRP) PIPES AND FITTINGS
These are manufactured to DIN / BS / ASTM / JIS / AS / ASME / AWWA / IS standards. Pipes and fittings can be manufactured upto 3.5 m dia. and to withstand a maximum pressure of 60 bar. These pipes and fittings are suitable for a range of applications for chemicals, water and effluents, seawater, etc. These can be specially manufactured for potable water applications too. The MOC is again based on the service conditions.
FRP MOULDED/PULTRUDED GRATINGS
We manufacture moulded as well as pultruded FRP Gratings. T hese are tested and supplied with FRP clamp, bolts, and all fixtures as per client's requirement. They are also available with Flame Retardant resin /additives as per ASTM E-84 Tunnel test flame spread rating of 25 or less.

ZERO-LEAKAGE FRP DAMPER VALVE
SIIL damper utilizing only high corrosion resistant parts for air movement and controls. Zero-leakage SIIL dampers are fire retatdant, corrosion resistant, and UV protected.
The Zero-leakage SIIL damper blade is operated using a hand-wheel driven worm gear operator. Pneumatic, electric, or chain-wheel type operaors are optional. Long life teflon bearings accessible from the exterior of the damper require minimum maintenance and ensure unrestricted movement of the roating shaft.
Zero-leakage SIIL damper enhance safety by providing greater isolation of process air during shidown of low pressure exhaust system duct lines conveying hazardous air streams. When dealing with confined space entry conditions, use of Zero-leakage SIIL dampers may reduce safety risks caused by contaminant air leaks.
These can be manufactured as per BS/ASTM/JIS/AS/ASME standards, and supplied with standard accessories as per client requirement. Tanks can be manufactured of any shape. The MOC will be available in all thermosetting and thermoplastic lined materials. Tanks of upto 6 m dia. will be manufactured at our factory and those above 6 m will be manufactued at site.
